Here’s some FAQs for mpro5 app users. These should give you some pointers about how to sync your device, reset your password and more.

How do I login?

  1. From the mpro5 login screen, press the gear in the top right hand corner.
  2. In the registration screen, check that you have the correct company name with mpro at the front e.g. ‘mproMyCompany’
  3. Press ‘register’
  4. Enter your login details. Username and Password
  5. Press ‘login’

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

  1. From the mpro5 login screen, press the ‘Forgot Password’ button
  2. Now enter in your email and username.
  3. Now press ‘Forgot Password’
  4. You will recieve an email to reset your password

How do I go back to the home screen?

At any stage you can select the ‘go to hub’ button in the top right hand corner.

How do I reset my password from within mpro5?

  1. Go to the mpro5 home screen.
  2. Press the three lines  in the top right hand corner.
  3. Select ‘Settings’  from the pop out menu.
  4. Now press the ‘Password’  button that can be found along the bottom bar.
  5. Fill in your current password.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  7. When you are ready press ‘Reset Password’.

How do I sync my device?

  1. Go to the mpro5 home screen.
  2. Press the three lines in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. When the menu pops out from the left-hand side, select ‘Settings’.
  4. Select ‘Sync’ from the three options along the bottom bar.
  5. Now press the refresh icon in the top right of your screen.

How do I refresh my jobs?

  1. Go to ‘My Jobs’.
  2. You will see a screen showing your jobs that are currently available.
  3. To refresh your jobs swipe down on the middle of the screen.

How do I update the app?


  1. Go to the Play Store on your device.
  2. Then, select the three lines at the top left of the screen and go to ‘My Apps & Games’.
  3. Now you will be on the update screen.
  4. Either update all your apps or scroll down to check if mpro5 is listed and then press ‘Update’.

How do I change the colour and text size of mpro5?

  1. From the mpro5 home screen, select the three lines in the top right.
  2. Then, select the settings button.
  3. Now, select the pallet and paintbrush at the top of the screen.
  4. You can now change the font size and the theme by selecting the different options.

How do I know which version of mpro5 I have downloaded?

  1. From the mpro5 home screen, press the three lines in the top right hand corner
  2. Now, select settings.
  3. You will now see the version number on this screen.

What is mpro5?

Does mpro5 offer a free trial?

Yes, we do offer a free trial of mpro5. Our free trial is available to download from the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. However, job workflows that are bespoke to you are only available when you take out a subscription with us.

How secure is my business data within mpro5?

mpro5 are Microsoft Gold Partners and are also independently audited by the British Assessment bureau for our ISO 27001 certification so we are committed to keeping your sensitive business data secure.  

Is mpro5 a subscription-based payment?

Yes mpro5 is a fixed, monthly subscription-based payment.  

Will mpro5 integrate with my existing CRM system?

Yes, mpro5 will integrate with your businesses existing CRM system. Please book a free online InfoDemo with one of our mpro5 Consultants who are able to advise you further.  

What happens if my device doesn’t have WiFi or data signal while using mpro5?

mpro5 is designed to be ‘offline first’. This means that if your device isn’t connected to a WiFi network or mobile data isn’t available, mpro5 will continue to work in the background and once signal has been regained, it will seamlessly update via the Cloud. 

How quickly can my mpro5 solution be delivered?

As mpro5 doesn’t require any software coding, and your bespoke mpro5 solution will be delivered to you within 30 days over-the-air by our Customer Excellence Team. 

Does mpro5 offer continual support?

Yes, we do! We have our own dedicated Support team who reactively respond to any troubleshooting queries you may have. You’ll get to know our Support team on a first name basis, they will have any queries you have in a quick manner.

Is mpro5 a scalable solution?

Yes, mpro5 is a scalable solution. Our Customer Excellence Team are able to scale up your mpro5 solution over-the-air and any changes applied will be deployed within a couple of hours.  

Which industries does mpro5 operate in?

How configurable is mpro5?

mpro5 is very configurable and our Customer Excellence Team are able to create bespoke job workflows which are unique to your business, as well as being able to create reports and alerts, maps and graphs with your company branding.  

If my business processes change or I want to add any new workflows, will I be charged for making amendments?

No, any changes to your workflows are included in your monthly subscription with mpro5 

Are there any hidden charges within my mpro5 subscription?

No, there are no hidden charges within your mpro5 subscription. All of our pricing is transparent, honest and is based on your businesses individual requirements.  


Which devices is mpro5 compatible with?

mpro5 is compatible with Android and Apple iPhone devices. mpro5 is also available on the Windows Store.

Where can I download mpro5?

You can download mpro5 from the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store 

What is an InfoDemo?

An InfoDemo is an opportunity for you to discuss your requirements with one of our mpro5 Consultants, it’s a free online consultation which should last around 30 minutes. 

What happens during an InfoDemo?

My business has an office which outside the UK, can I use mpro5 internationally?

Yes, you can use mpro5 internationally. Our clients are based worldwide and use mpro5 without problems.  

Does mpro5 support languages other than English?

 Yes mpro5 does support other languages. Ampro5 is available to use globally, we support language packs including Arabic, Bulgarian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian (Bahasa), Polish, Portuguese and Spanish.

However, if you have a fully translated language pack we are able to upload it to the system. Please book an InfoDemo with one of our mpro5 Consultants to discuss this.

Where is my business data stored within mpro5?

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, all the data we hold is secure and local in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The Microsoft Azure Cloud is the first Cloud provider to gain the new ISO 27018. The ISO 27018 accreditation is the first set of privacy controls in the cloud, and Azure is the first cloud computing platform to adopt this new international standard. Microsoft Azure’s data centres are conveniently located in London, Durham and Cardiff – making this solution GDPR Compliant.  

Is mpro5 GDPR compliant?

 Yes, mpro5 is GDPR compliant and our GDPR Statement is available to read online. 

Your Time & Attendance module has fingerprint and facial recognition capabilities, where is this information stored and is it secure?

The fingerprint and facial recognition features in Time & Attendance are stored within the Microsoft Azure cloud. The Microsoft Azure cloud has more compliance accreditation than any other Cloud Computing service provider. The fingerprint and facial recognition in Time & Attendance information is only partially recorded and looks for features of a person’s fingerprint or face, rather than storing an entire image.
